Coordinator, Mentor, Life Engineer
Why?
While traveling, attending various conferences and scientific meetings, I realized that other countries are more proud of Lithuania's scientific achievements than we are.
It's time to change that!

ANDRIUS IVANOVAS
Why?
Participating in the Researchers' GrandPrix is like returning to the beginning of my story for me. I have been a public speaking lecturer for more than seven years. I am happy to consult speakers at the largest Lithuanian conferences, company managers, professionals in my field, and conduct training. It all started with... studying biochemistry. It was six years of complex science, working in a laboratory, and participating in scientific conferences that revealed a simple truth. Knowing the topic and conveying factual information is not enough. This realization prompted me to start learning public speaking myself. The journey was long. With unexpected turns worthy of a movie plot. But in the end, it brought me to where I am today. Today, the experience and knowledge I have accumulated help people find clarity, peace, confidence, and most importantly, the ability to inspire others with their thoughts. To create change. I am surprised again and again: you never know where one good speech can lead.

ASTA STANKŪNAITĖ
Rhetoric teacher, voice and emotional freedom coach
Why?
I have been teaching voice and public speaking for over 10 years, with the goal of getting ideas across, getting ideas heard, having successful discussions, and getting everyone involved in the conversation to resonate with their audience. I know how challenging it can be to speak in front of an audience, and presenting scientific content can be even more challenging. I am joining the Researcher Grand Prix team of lecturers to help your ideas reach their audience, and we can all be proud of the discoveries and presentations of researchers.
